Does anyone else have this problem?

my tank has been up and running for a year now. Dealt with the typical algae and cyano stuff but this one puzzles me. They just appeared the other day with out
warning. I was wondering if anybody else has this kind of problem and if so how did you deal with it? To be honest I'm at a lose. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
