Does anyone have any idea what this polyp looking thing is?

Our system just turned a year old last month. Started with all dry rock and live sand. We have a few soft coral and a rock nem.
Recently we have had an explosion of pineapple sponges all over the tank. While investigating tonight, I came across what looks like a coral polyp of some kind. I’m the center of the picture you can see it waving around. Just looking for any idea what it could be. I have a video but can’t get it to upload

It's really hard to tell what you're asking about, but I do see a small feather duster in the video.
