Does anyone know this animal ?

Looking in on my DT and saw three legs around one of my frag plugs . I pulled the frag out and saw the critter slide underneath, afraid of losing in if put it down I pulled it out and into a qt cup . I then put a coral dip in and the creature died and fell off the coral . My questions are what is it ,do they breed fast , and how did it make it past my initial coral dip ?
