And other things even smaller swimming everywhere...
I am really curious and excited to know what could be.
Thanks for your help :)

They are certainly flatworms. I recommend getting them under control. I have used Flatworm Exit by Salifert with good results. They can release toxins when you treat that are very harmful to your critters. The sooner get on it the better it will be.

It's a common brown acoel. Not a big deal. Fish eat them. Quite often the population blooms and they disappear. Just like pods. So keep an eye out for a large bloom. It means you have a lot of extra food in there.

That type of flatworm tends to come and go in new tanks Dependant upon the pod population...which are the other creatures you are most likely seeing.

my aquarium is quite new, appart from the living stones, I just have a new born cucumber, an Asterina, I saw couple of worms. And yesterday I add 5 hermit crabs and 3 snails. No corals yet appart from the aiptasia that I am trying to get rid of. Maybe I should start to add some fishes to regulate them production?
But if they are appearing depending on the pod population I should try to regulate everything, right?

Its naturally just part of the cycle to a mature tank. If your tank is ready for fish than as Maritimer said try a wrasse . my yellow coris wrasse gobbles them up..
