Does anyone know what these red or br

own dots are. My tank has been up for 5 months. 2ppm nitrate..015 phosphate.

To me, possibly looks like spirorbid worms, or possibly vermetid snails. If you think its vermetid snails after doing some more research, you might want to start containment/eradications right away.
