Does anyone know what this is on my coral

I spotted something on my goni it is white fuzzy and has a hole I the middle of it. Is it a sponge for is it something I should worry about. And it's just on that coral nothing else.

Just looks like a bunch of pineapple sponges

A clump of pineapple sponges. Never seen them do that.
