Is this normal? What should I do? Seems like little creatures or something in the little holes of the coral. Should I take out the coral and put it in coral cleaner?

I might be blind... but are you talking about the “mouth”?

Mouths gaping as a feeding response , or it’s throwing up.

Happpens if you stir stuff up or add something it doesn’t like

oh ok, might be throwing up? I do spot feed. mix of reefroids and reef chili. I just never seen stuff coming out of the coral before. by the looks of it, it seems as if some type of creature is trying to spawn in the coral.
