I was going through my tank today and I saw this coming out of the sand. I’m not sure what it is. it has a bunch of long arms coming out of it I was hoping it’s just a spaghetti warm and not something else.

My camera is terrible. It has long stringy arms that are reddish/orange with black dots

Definitely a Medusa Spaghetti Worm. I’m pretty sure they are harmless detritus eaters. However, as with most hitchhikers, when they get too large they may pose a threat. I don’t have enough experience with them to tell you what they are like at larger sizes.
