Does anyone know what they white stringy worms are that live in the rocks and act like a clean up crew? When i feed millions come out and it seems like it bothers my zoas a little does anyone know if they are bad? If so is there a way to get rid of them?

Thanks for your help! they are good scavengers just like i thought but i wonder if they can bother corals it doesnt say?

I have a bunch of them in my refugium I love watching them swim

ya they look cool but i have millions it seems like!! so when i feed its crazy how they move around and stuff and sometimes my zoas will close up so i wonderd if they are bad or can harm corals.
