Does anyone own a purple reef lobster?

I think they are probably one of the coolest animals in the hobby that and starfish. Thinking about getting another nano to house just him…I wouldn’t trust the species with other fish or corals honestly. Does anyone have one in a nano like 10 gallons. I know they don’t get very big and it’s not like they swim around but providing a cave and rocks is a must.

Long, long ago I kept the purple and red ones in a separate small tank with some small fish and such. Ive always had predator tanks so never in those or they would be lunch, especially in my current reef tank full of predators. They are pretty cool, and if you had like pairs they would spawn.

Define small tank? And no because I know they are solitary creatures and I don’t want baby lobsters lol.

40G, but a 10g to 30g would be fine, I just really like fish and alot of them if you've seen some of my videos, so they were alot of fish in with them. When they get big enough they are tasty
