Talking in Our Group. (KIK)
The topic was DIY Water Mixing Stations.

We all are comfortable with making our own water.
Yes, we all do slightly differences cause of location and each-other's different City Tap Water Qualities.
Well, I started to talk about recycling some of every water change back into a "Special Possible Mixing Station" that is True-Cycled.

Basically, a system that you can turn off a section while mixing...Declor, buffer, oxygenated/ etc. Then Turn Back on, allowing it to in a sense repopulated vital Bacteria's.
In Essence: Always having Qt(Back of mind as typing); constant supply of heated, well circulated, oxygenated and yes always cycled batches!

Containing a Re-Circulatory Skimmer Unit and Connected Chaeto Reactor. That runs on a loop constantly!

Does anyone agree with possibilities, or what are your thoughts? Not trying to be fugal!

Just always done at home! And wanted to know any thoughts! In process of building my typical Water Mixing System as mentioned above!

Sure just run a low nutrient system and doesn't need waterchanges. I use a sulfer denitrator and calcium reactor and gfo. Haven't done a waterchange in 3 years. I guess you could call that saving water not really recycling it. But why recycle water if you could just save water.
