Does anyone soak their Seneye slides?

As per title just wondering if anyone does this for 48 hours as recommended and if not did you have any issues not soaking it?

I soak it for 24. Couple of times I did not. Only thing that happened is I got weird results for the first 24hrs, so now I soak it.
