I bought a fixture of theirs new from Global Leader Aquatics, a LAS, a while back that came with no instructions, nothing. I installed them about 3 weeks ago. I just happened to see find them on this forum and see that it was their product. Here's the problem, the ballast/ driver or whatever that runs the blue on one side quit working. I cannot get them to answer a email to get parts from them or learn how to fix the problem. How hard is it to fix these things and where would I get the part. Any help would be appreciated.

Which model did you get. And i'm surprised you haven't heard anything back. Did you contact the seller or did you contact Reef Breeders. I have contacted them in the past and it would be at most 2 days and I would have a response.

The SELLER is out of business. Seems he had a thing for little kids and now he is someones toy in jail. So I am contacting Reef Breeders. He sent a email Saturday saying to swap the driver but I need a new driver or, I hope not the case, a new light. If they will not help me fix this one and I have to buy a new one I will not buy from them.

I have had great luck with mine and I even think one of the sponsors switched over to reefbreeders for all of their LED lights. Like I said Logan from reef breeders has always been great when I have emailed him.
