Does Anyone Use the Triton Method?

I'm trying to decide if I should start using the Triton Method on my 210.

Does any one use it? Do you love it? Hate it? No opinion?

I have never used it, but personally, I would rather spend comparable money and have a solid water change schedule than having to send in ICP tests every couple of months to see if everything is still in line. But that is just how I'm wired, nothing wrong with triton.
