Cannot view video on my phone.

But, aiptasia do not have a hard base. Think very tiny bubble tip anemone minus the bubbles.

Pic of one of mine in the home for hated critters tank for reference.

This is aiptasia

Just looked at video after downloading.

looks like a feather duster, but a little grainy to be 100% sure. If you get something near it, does it retract quickly. If so, feather duster. If not, possibly a hydroid.

Fire shrimp (Lysmata debelius) do not touch Aiptasia. Be careful about which species of peppermint shrimp you obtain. I own Lysmata boggessi which has a darkened tail and has not touched any of my Aiptasia (though others have had more success with this species). Lysmata wurdemanni and other Aiptasia predators, like some filefish and nudibranchs, might be better choices. I have not tried these, however.

Do you have any pictures of the Aiptasia in your system?

I guess I meant by that I didn’t know if I could put Differnt species of shrimp together ?
I wouldn't expect there to be any problems unless your tank is very small. I have had a blood red fire shrimp (Lysmata debelius), peppermint shrimp (Lysmata boggessi), and Skunk cleaner shrimp (Lysmata amboinensis) in a 40-gallon breeder for several months. There are no squabbles unless the shrimps accidentally swim into one another (which never occured after they settled in) and each occupies a different region of the aquarium (the blood red fire shrimp never leaves a large overhang near the left side of the tank, the peppermint shrimp hangs out near a clump of Caulerpa prolifera on the right side of the tank, and the Skunk cleaner shrimp hangs out near the overflow at the back of the tank).
