Does ATI Dimmable Sunpower proportionately lower PAR with setting?

Hey, just wondering if the ATI's dimmable setting reduce PAR proportionately. As in 50% setting drop the PAR in half, or does it drop the power supplied to the bulb by 50%? Prefer to rent out a PAR meter but with the current situation I don't have any available and I'm not located in US.

This is for ATI 4' 8bulb fixture I got for frag tank build (48"x24"x10"). It's a complete overkill but the deal was a steal so I picked it up since it's dimmable. And who knows when I'll upgrade haha.
