whether in Europe or not?

anyone know or run one? How wide a tank will this light effectively? I feel like my 8-bulb could light a 30" wide tank especially with the reef brite xho attached.

Thanks.

I am pretty sure they stopped, because any 10 bulb fixture I've seen for sale has promoted that they don't make them anymore. But I've also never seen one new for sale, and I was looking a lot last year.

What I thought too.

I'd rather not run a bank (2 deep) of leds for a 48" wide tank. I'm thinking a 10-bulb plus Xho front and back might do it.

What's your length? A lot of people do the xho and like them, but I would prefer daylight for my shimmer, and blue for the fluorescent tubes. My old metal halides were my favorite (and first) light, but times are a changing.

Yes, you can order a 10 bulb T5 only Powermodule from Sewatec.de in Germany. It gives you options to select a US power supply in 110-120v. Also, the listed price includes 19% VAT which we don’t have to pay. You just have to see how much shipping would cost, and they do ship to the US. The only issue is that since it’s a Powermodule, I’m not sure how you would attach the Reefbrites.

So will a 10-bulb be enough light to light a 48" wide tank?

Thanks for the links and ideas.

I have a 10 bulb PM. Side bulbs are actinic bulbs and my tank is 30” wide. I would think 48” tank needs 2x 6 bulbs unit if you have a sps tank.
