Can't find anything on it but I've had mine for almost a year now and have used less then half so far of the Alk, Ca and Mag 2 part. They are kept under the stand in their sealed containers in the dark.

Bringing an old thread back... if these supplements were stored, but not in an air tight container, how can you tell if it's still good?

I also have a very old 5 gallon bucket of calcium hydroxide. It's been closed in the container for at least 7 years. It's still powdery and I don't see any clumps. How can I tell if this is still good?

Thanks

Well I still have the same containers and I’m still using them. I guess as long as they stay dry they’re still good.

Moisture does not hurt them, but it can make them clump and be hard to scoop.

The sodium carbonate will slowly absorb some CO2 from the air, making it into sodium bicarbonate reducing its pH raising effect. It's alk boosting effect is the same considering the container overall, but if it is absorbing CO2, it is picking up mass and can become less potent on a mass basis.
