FWIW, the Seachem product doesn't even make sense if it is intended to be dissolved before use. I think it would be cloudy with precipitated calcium and magnesium carbonate and/or hydroxide at almost any dilution.

New batch of Instant Ocean mixed to 1.026SG had K at 400ppm
