Does chloroquine phosphate affect phosphate test?

Might be a dumb question but does a phosphate test pick up the CP dosed in a quarantine tank? My phosphate test is off the charts.

Side question: if CP does read on the P04 test, is there some way to measure the concentration of CP in the my QT with this test?

And I don’t think you need to test for Po4 in a fish qt. No reason I can think of.

It might, depending on how much chloroquine you are adding. PO4 makes up 190/516 of the weight or about 40% of the weight is phosphate. Knowing how much chloroquine you are adding, you can figure out how much PO4 you are adding.
