Does Copper Power cause HLLE?

I have some tangs coming in tomorrow which I am going to quarantine. I'm wondering if copper power causes HLLE. For my last tang, I used Cupramine and he now has HLLE. I'm wondering if copper power causes HLLE because if it doesn't I'm planning on switching to it.

Any copper can be a contributor to cause HLLE.
