Does cupramine kill beneficial bacteria?

If yes how much? I have 10g cycled tank with seeded sponge and 2-3 ceramic balls. I don’t want to do constant water changes every day. I will have 1-2 fishes at a time

Copper has a pretty low impact on biological filtration. If overdosed it can have a larger impact.
