Does every ricordea have the same needs

I have this shiny guy that seems very slow (opens slow , closes slow) and so far seems to adapt slow ... antone knows why that is ?

That looks like a yuma. Typically ricordea require the same care but have different growth rates. Ricordea Florida were the easiest to grow and could handle more flow and light than say a bounce mushroom, IME. My experience may differ from others.

I have not had luck placing ricordias in the same location as my other mushrooms... they seem to melt away. I think they may need higher light requirements and different water parameters.
