Does freshwater kill dinos?

I bleached everything I could, but the tubing has some dino cells that I couldn’t remove. The tank is running with pure RODI water and has been running for 12 hours.

Will this kill all the dino cells?

Thanks. Will do. I added the bleach and instantly saw all the Dinos die away. It worked extremely quickly and I’m going to let it circulate for a day. Then I’ll rinse and add new water.

Drain the water, and then try to let everything air dry to remove the bleach.

If it's not possible to completely air dry, adding a dechlorinator will provide extra protection.
