Does it mean I can drill my tank?

I just notice a little chips/part of the corner of my glass, does it mean I can drill my tank? (See picture)
Tempered glass wouldn't do that right?

Im no glass expert but IME tempered glass tends to chip easier. you can use polarized sun glass to help identify glass, you will typically see darker/shaded lines running across the panel with tempered glass, best done in bright natural light.

+1 with tempered glass chipping like this. Think about your windshield on your vehicle. With that said like retro said use sunglasses and you’ll be able to tell.

Hmm i tried with my sunglasses polarized and I don't see anything particular, i use a light to spot anything with my window on the side.
The edge are smooth but they have been work that way i think.
I have some scratch on another similar aquarium and scratch seem to be straight

There are youtube.com online that show how to rotate your glasses as you use your phone set on white screen. If you see no banding it's not tempered. As you rotate the glasses if bands appear, it's tempered.

The bands appear on your glasses, not the tank glass.

Yeah I actually use the light behind also with my diffuser, didn't see anything unsual, so i guess it's fine.
I've been told long time ago it wasn't tempered glass, wanna make sure!

Windshield glass is never tempered in this time and age. Think about a rock hitting your tempered windshield at 70 m.p.h.. It would shatter into 1000 pieces. Windshields are 2 pieces of glass molded with a piece of plastic laminate between them for safety in the case of said rock.
