Does jebao sell parts for their pumps?

Some of my jebao equipment such as flow pump need some seals, to be replaced. Any one know if they sell parts for their stuff? Or who does?

This company can do some much more business if they would just get their heads out of..... and get on with better costumer service. Like their pumps actually work for the price, and for many years on some of it. I shouldn't need to by a new pump couse I need a seal.

I regard these as disposable. Because of lack of parts theyre considered dead when they stop running.

What do your need a o-ring for? Get a caliper and do some measuring and find it on your own. Its the biggest downside for a bargain basement pump or powerhead... I've successfully replaced an o-ring for a return pump that I was running non submerged on a birdbath application.

They are inexpensive, buy 2 and you will always have parts.

O rings is not a problem, I can get those to match. But stuff like these I can't. I ruined them with vinegar, they expanded.

Also I accidentally broke one of the bracket that hold the pump on a magnet. Would like to get one of those.

Sure they do, you buy 2 pumps and use one for spares

I have a few Jebao products i broke on accident. But i just bought a replacement. They are cheap. I usually buy doubles when i order from amazon. And its still cheaper than the next in line

Crap, thats for a powerhead, you gonna be sol IME, my man. I've only successfully replaced controllers, impellers & orings on the dcp/dct return pumps.

I haven't had luck finding parts. They are a Chinese manufacturer, and based in China. I usually replace the wavemakers about every 2 years. Still cheaper than ecotech for my setups.

Lol, i guess ill just stop crying and buy another one, these are my spare flow pumps, i always have a clean one ready to be used, just swap one out and then cleaned it whenever you want later.
