Does Liveaquaria notify you if your shipment is delayed?

Ordered a fish from Liveaquaria, and it was supposed to ship today for me to receive tomorrow. Just realized now (after they've closed for the day) that they never sent me a shipping confirmation or tracking number, or anything for that matter. Is this how they usually proceed with shipping delays?

I know for sure they notify you if there is a delay after it has been bagged up and sent.
