Does my acropora look good, bad or mediocre?

In terms of of How happy it is. My parameters are following What red sea suggested, and it is getting a lot of flow and light.

I would clean the algae off carefully.

The frag looks like it is struggling a bit.

Here is an example of a frag when I got it and months later. Picture is the same coral. Even in the later picture it still wasn’t 100% after about 6 months.

Acros are easily irritated. I would get rid of the algae.
