Does my Anemone have icy??

I have a 50 gal tank that has been doing awesome I introduced a baby hippo tang a couple days ago and she was shying away from the reef and hiding near a powerhead. She's now out and about and seems to love the reef. ( for now until I upgrade to a larger tank )
I noticed white spots on my bta and wanted to ask the group for opinions..
No signs of parasites on the hippo.
Very vibrant and healthy, but I'm now worried I'm not seeing anything and the white on my bta Is ick...

Anemone don’t get ich and you wouldn’t be able to see any if it was there in its ground stage.

Some anemones get those dots. It’s usually a sought after color variant. If they are new spots then it’s likely because the anemone is getting the right kind of light/water quality to show them.

Anemones cannot become infected with ich like what happens with fish. They can be a source of transferring ich from one tank to another, but this can be mitigated by rinsing the anemone before transfer.

Anemone speckles ! No idea how or why they get them but it is just a variant on color and usually makes anemones more valuable

Thanks for the info! I now love my BTA even more

I had to dip the zoa frag for algea and it's doing much better!
