It looks pretty decent to me. From the picture, it may look just a little bleached but not too bad. BTA for sure! Be patient and let him find his spot around your tank. BTAs like to plant their foot under a ledge or in a hole so they can retreat if needed. When they are acclimating to your tank, they will also adjust the amount of light and/or flow they get by letting themselves out from under their ledge. Your BTA will move into the light if it needs it - so if it hides out on the back of your rocks for a few days, don't worry. BTAs don't need to eat - mine usually only get what the fish don't eat. HTH
