Does my Annularis Angelfish have a disease or parasite?

was wondering if the spot circled on my annularis angel is just his pattern or something else, that was the best pic I could get

all of my other fish are fine

That does look like a bump....could be flukes but it looks pretty large....let's see what others say.

The fish looks pale to me, and the spot on its head is raised, so not normal coloration. I also see a larger discolored area behind the eye and some random small dots further back. A clearer, whole body shot would help.
