Also I have it under an AI Prime led in a 5.5 gallon tank up pretty high, about 10 inches from light

I can't see colors in the pic but it looks ok.
IF you see it losing color turn the light down just a bit.
It does like a higher flow. Too.

it's not losing color and it is in a high flow area...was just wondering cause every one I see online has polyps that are way out and they look kinda fuzzy...mines not like that

It may need a little food, whether in the form of dissolved nutrients, or coral food. In a 5.5 G tank, you could turn off pumps and broadcast feed, or preferably, mix up some Reef Roids or Coral Frenzy or whatever fits your fancy, and give it some food every day and see if the polyps open up more. Luckily birdsnest corals will tell you pretty quickly if they are upset, like the canary in a coal mine (pun intended). if the polyps start to close, it wants something you aren't giving it, or is upset with the water quality. If otherwise, you have a healthy system setup. Just try to feed it something daily and see how it responds.

I have an identical species of Seriatopora. There are many different species. Yours looks pretty good, good PE etc.. Depending on placement, it will grow differently. Higher flow thicker branches, but yours has good polyp extension. I wouldn't worry too much. I don't think that it is likely to take solid food. not saying you can't try but I don't think that they have the ability.

Yea they have really tiny mouths. Really tiny.
You don't have to over do it for SPS.

I do feed it reef roids 3 times a week so far
Oh, you're great then. You don't even need to feed it that much although the companies that make the stuff tell you to. Just keep your system as perfectly stable as you can, esp. alkalinity, and it'll be fine. Like Salty said, watch for bleaching or loss of color since you are on the knife's edge with the low nutrient levels. If your NO3 goes to zero, your seriatopora won't like it at all. But as long as you target feed it like you are, you can keep low nutrients. Sounds like you have a great low nutrient, well fed tank. Great job man!
