Does my Blonde Naso have ick?

Yes!! Get them into the QT and treat asap. It would be best if you could do the acriflavin dip first, but anything is better than nothing. Get started and best of luck!
Another quick update. Purple tang is still covered with spots but he still has a good appetite. All of my fish look pretty healthy. No casualties yet. Been trying to catch all my fish but no luck yet. I am not 100% positive this is velvet. I would of thought I would have some dead fish by know. Almost 2 weeks.

Is there a time frame when velvet is interduced to the DP tank to when your fish will start dying. Right know I am at 2 weeks without any loss of fish.

You're there. Unfortunately, the fact that you're not acting pretty well spells disaster for your poor fish :(

Sorry to say but there's no steadfast rule, some fish can tolerate velvet awhile and ultimately die. On rare occasions they can battle it off in a glass cage but the vast majority of your fish will die and if you ever want to add fish in the future, you'll have to take them out and treat properly either way, as they'll carry the disease perpetually.

I am right at 4 weeks all fish look very healthy, eating like pigs, acting fine. No signs of anything wrong with my 220 display tank.

Right know I am a little over 6 weeks ( April 15 ). All fish still look very healthy, eating like pigs, tank looks great. Could this still be velvet or could it be something else a banged up fish.

It's either not velvet or you have a rare pbt. I would observe and watch the pbt closely. It'll be your disease gauge!

What is pbt and what should I watch for??
Powder blue tang. Spots, dusting, scratching, flashing, heavy breathing, weight loss, etc.

I'm dealing with this now and it is quite literally the worst thing we have dealt with. We've lost half of our population and it's just gradually getting worse. I wish you luck for yourself and your remaining fish.
