I’ve noticed the last week or so my BTA looks happy, but it’s mouth has been very big. Does this look normal?

Looks happy and healthy to me. How long have you had it?
I’ve had this for about a year and a half. It was in a bio cube that I had terrible luck with. I set up a reefer 260 a little over a month ago and transferred it into that. Probably a little prematurely, I know these guys need a well established tank to thrive. I can say though that since moving him into this tank he’s had a lot of growth, and looks MUCH more content. I never noticed it’s mouth so wide before, that was my main concern. I feed him one frozen shrimp every other day.

happens to me when I upgraded, looks like he will split.
main was looks the same
