the clown looks fine to me. tell me more about your parameters. It's ok if he does not eat for one day. it would be a different story if he hadn't eaten for multiple days.
Parameters don’t look bad. I would try to keep nitrate at 10-15. See how to clown does tomorrow. See if he eats and if not reach back out to me or some other and we can see what is going on.Ammonia 0

Nitrate acceptable if fish only. Dont let ph get too much higher as i just did a thread today on Ph levels and stabilityAmmonia 0

Heavy breathing , loss of color and appetite are a couple things to look for. Offer a varied diet of dry and frozen foods
