Does my clown have Ich?? Help..

I’ve attached a photo of my clown fish.

I am new to reefing, I was wondering what the white spot is on my clown. Is it ich?
Is there any treatments that won’t harm corals or crabs?

Clown is distant in pic and need a closer/close-up picture but one dot can be an injury, and even a sand grain that sticks to them due to their heavier mucus coat

The fish wasn’t QT before adding, I’m new to reefing so I asked my local shop on the steps of adding a new fish and then just advised dip acclimation.

The spot seems a bit too large to be ich. Does the clown have any other symptoms? Is it swiming well and eating good?

It’s swimming fine, got a very big appetite!

I would just observe it for now. Ich spots will come and go and change location every few days, and generally increase in numbers....
