How many clowns are in that tank? Is he the only one with an orange face? If he is being bullied then he is probably stressed that would definitely make ich possible, which would make sense it's not showing on any other fish. Maybe try to quarantine him and get him to feel safe and it might clear.

I'd say put him in another tank or a quarantine tank so he's no longer getting bullied and see if it clears... I had a fish die from ich secondary to stress

Could also give him a fresh water dip and see what falls off of him and to the bottom of the container, get a better idea of the situation

I can't tell for sure from the photo if it is a disease or just a little battle damage. But 8 clowns in one tank is a bad idea, unless they are all babies.

They were all babies tank raised together but I think they are trying to pair up.. and fighting over my bubble tip anemone

I can't tell for sure either. I never recommend more than a pair of clowns together in one tank. Once they start reaching maturity the fighting starts.
