Does my Clown have ICK???

I was on vacation over the weekend, when I got back this afternoon I noticed one of my Clowns with white spots.

That looks more like brook to me. How long have you had them? What was the last wet thing added to the tank? Are there any other symptoms such as heavy breathing, scratching/flashing, swimming into the flow of a powerhead, being reclusive, yawning or head shaking?

Had the fish for almost 8 months now. Nothing new in the tank besides the Mini Maxi (3 weeks ago)

The nem could have brought it in if taken from an environment where brook was present (they absorb A LOT of water).
