I recently noticed one of my clownfish has a weird white smudge on his face which isn’t present in the other clownfish. From what I have been told ich is little white specs on the fish but to me these don’t really look like specs. Unfortunately the fish is white making it very difficult to tell if he has ich it not. Any help would be appreciated.

Doesn't look like ich. Could be roughed up from spats with the other clown. I'd keep an eye on it for now.
