I just noticed that my Ocellaris clownfish and two Clarkii clownfish have white stringy poop is that most likely internal parasites? How do I treat them is it possible to treat in the tank or do I need a quarantine tank.

White stringy poo is generally a sign of internal pathogens. The best way is to quarantine and feed medicated food if possible. If not possible you can treat in the tank, but it may do damage to any feather dusters, or bristleworms.
General cure and Seachem focus are my meds of choice for internal parasites. General Cure to kill the parasite, and Seachem Focus to bind the meds to the food so the fish consumes it.

Thanks @Crabs McJones appreciate the help!

White stringy poop can mean many other things with clownfish. Stress and diet are two main things. Too much mysis or brine= stringy poo.
I was feeding every day now I switched to every other day because of nitrate increase.
