I recently got this coral beauty about 1 week ago. When I got him he had 3 holes in his tail but it looks like they're healing. There is now only 2 small hole in his tail fin. A couple days ago i went to check on my tank and i noticed one of his pectoral fins looked like it was bitten. His tail now also looks like a bite was taken out of it. Im worried it might be fin rot. What do you guys think?

Couldn't get the vid working, but this is the 1st I’ve heard of SW fin rot ...not saying it
Is or isn’t ...just never heard of or witnessed it

Coral beautys fins are more visible in this video.

Still no luck on the vid...either way I couldn’t begin to even suggest a fin rot treatment for SW ...Before you reach for meds try a FW dip or wait...fin rot acts fast in FW fish so “assuming” the same applies here, if no signs of increased rot...I’d wait. Just my 2C
