Does my Fluval 13.5 have to much or enough flow?

Hey guys,

I have a quick question about my flow. I linked a video below so you can actually see it.

My question is do my coral have too much flow or not enough? Or is it fine the way it is?

EDIT: I don't know why youtube doesn't upload my videos in higher quality. I shot this in 4k on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it uploads at 1080p@60fps but it looks like its 480p at best

Flow is fine overall. Is that a frogspawn being focused on? If so you may want to move it a bit so it shows better extension, euphilia don’t like super high flow.

I moved him lower into the gravel. I don't know if it'll be ok there?
