Does my nem look okay?

I’ve had my nem for a few weeks. I ended up switching my flow as it was a little too much for him. Some of his tips have gone really bright.. is that normal? Is he bleaching? I feed him once sometimes twice a week

Not entirely. I know mine always saw slight color variations depending on time of day, etc. I have a condy anemone that changes color from blue to purple to green and back during the course of a day, so I'd say this is fairly normal.
