Does my platinum clownfish have velvet!!!!??

He is eating and pooping fine but is swimming in the current way to much and cant go very deep in the tank. he was recently added.The only physical change is that he has a black circle on both sides by his pectorals i think it may be just his pattern though,how can i tell?and if it is not velvet what it it? I think i caught it early.

It wont let me import pictures...,also since he is a baby he is very hard to take pictures of;(
