Does my Sailfin have ich?

Just a quick update. Got back from my trip last night. Tang is fine! Spots have disappeared, and it's like nothing happened. All fish are accounted for, and in good health. While I'm still a little iffy, I feel like I may have seen signs of an outbreak had one occurred. So... all good? For now at least?

White spots may or may not be ich, they could be sand grains or bits of mucus. However, if they are ich trophonts, at part of their life cycle they drop off of the fish. This creates the scenario where the fish looks “cured”, but then the spots return - stay vigilant!
