Does my tang have ich

Hi does my regal tang have ich.
she is eating and behaving as normal but these spots have appeared on her.

If they stay and don't look like air bubbles then I'd say yes unfortunately it does look like ich. Early on do something sooner then later

I personally won't bother about removing the fish if there is no other signs of heavy breathing and the fish is eating well.

Just keep feeding well and feed medicated foods.

However if it was velvet than you would have to remove qt and treat.

Looks like it, unfortunately.
You should definitely treat all the fish before it gets extremely bad.
