Since adding another tang a few weeks ago she seems to eat alone. She has always been kinda territorial and skiddish but now doesn't eat from the seaweed clip as often. She still picks the rocks and eats the seaweed off the ground but not her piggy self. Her belly area is round but she has a spot above her white line that looks sunk in....it's a bit concerning. Any ideas? I feed them mysis, pellets and flake food and just got them a different kind of worm that tangs like today so I can add to the mix. Also add selcon and garlic. Have some antibiotics for worms coming to add to feed mix Monday....any other suggestions?

I guess I don't see really severe emaciation, just a wee bit thin. How long have you had it? What about offering nori on a second clip, in case there is some sort of competition thing going on? What kind of Nori are you using? I'm not a big fan of roasted sushi nori, I think dried nori is better.

LOOKS PRETTY GOOD TO ME!
She is eatting, I think maybe I'm just comparing her to the other 2 tangs and they are pigs! They never stop ever! She picks the rocks often and the ground too. I guess that's how she maintains herself

The prurple nori and she does pick the nori from the clip as well as the algae that grows on the clip. I have had that fish forever maybe 7 months but the one tang is new....maybe some competition causing her stress.

I see the what your talking about in the video. My yellow tangs don't have that indent... I agree with Jay, do whatever you can to make it more comfortable

No one could tell with those pics. Only that it isnt severely emaciated.

Yes and that dent I don't remember....but she doesn't seem skinny either....her belly is rounded so not sure what that's from

This little indent right above the line....but she looks healthy otherwise. She is still eating too....just never noticed it before

Ohhh!! I see that is very strange! Never seen with a dent up there. Seems like some kind of birth defect or something.
