Does my Wrasse have Marine Velvet?

Hi over the past couple weeks I noticed my orchid dotty back starting showing large uneven white spots especially in his fins which look like they are falling apart. My possum wrasse has not shown any spots but almost looks like his skin is shedding? Any ideas would be helpful, I have been treating the tank with Polyp Labs reef safe medic, Seachem “Metroplex” and “Focus” mixed in their frozen food I am on day 10 of treatment

Would you be able to post a video? Velvet is a fast killer, and the main symptom will be fast breathing. I would think it’s unlikely that is the current issue.
Any medicine that is reef safe is typically administered at so low a dose (to be reef safe) that it also winds up being ineffective on any disease.

I will take a video when I get back home tonight, I’m pretty sure it’s velvet as my possum wrasse, and goby have vanished. The orchid dottyback is starting to clear up but looks as if he has some sort of white film covering his entire eye. It doesn’t look like he can see out of it currently as he can’t see the good from that side when I drop it in.
