Hi all, this is a somewhat new tank, all is good. Introduced this fish a week ago as long as a pufferfish from a different lfs that I go to. All my other fish were and are still fine, even the puffer. I noticed a white spot on the royal gramma and some white spots on the fins only. Wondering if it’s ich.

Do you quarantine?

That could be the beginnings of lymph in the fins, hard to say. It looks like something is eating them, have you freshwater dipped to look for flukes? They look like white sesame seeds.

White spot may well be ich but the photos are unclear of the spot in question.
