My tank has some parasites, I think they are epitoke, and I was gonna use some Paraguard to kill these things but I have hermit crabs and 2 Discosomas and a Green Star Polyp. I was wondering if that stuff would kill my coral and crabs if I used it in the tank.

I dont know if it would actually help with the parasites to be worth seeing if its safe.

Its a mixture malachite green and Aldehydes i believe. Can be used as a dip, but not sure if more or less effective to a fw dip.

If what you really have is parasitic worms. Might help treating the cause first and remove as much detritus as you can.

Are any fish showing skin damage or labored breathing?

Not close enough pics but they slightly resemble the shape of dorvilleidae worms I have seen in my tank. Dorvilleidae a re e harmless algae eaters, so maybe look up some pics and compare to what your seeing.
I wouldn't jump to eradicating something without trying to find out what they are. Can you get a closer pic?
